Hot Flash Extinguisher


1. Add essential oils to a 2 oz glass spray bottle and then fill to the top with distilled water or witch hazel.

2. Spritz your body when hot flashes threaten to disrupt your sleep and lie back to allow the cooling sensation to relax your mind and body. Take care not to get it in your eyes!

Sweet Dreams Rollerball Blend


1. Add essential oils to a 10 ml glass rollerball bottle and top off with carrier oil of your choice.

2. Dab on pulse points (behind the ears, temples, wrists, over heart, etc.) for immediate relaxation and sweet dreams.
