Thank you for submitting your question on pelvic pain. I have a couple of tips here for you that I think will help you on your healing journey to conquering your pain. Help is here and ready for you.
Fear and isolation have kept more women in pain and on pills than I can even begin to tell you. I encourage you to take the first step and take back control of your pelvic health with lifetime access to a program that has already helped thousands of women and can help you too.
Now let’s get to the tips!
Listen to the Messages of Your Body and Take Action
One of the most important things a woman can do when she suffers from pelvic pain or sexual pain is to listen to the messages her body is telling her. For instance, if you do an activity that increases your pain, that is the moment to stop what you’re doing and to re-evaluate why it happened. You must figure out how you can modify your activity so you don’t go into a flare and your pain is not exasperated. Awareness, attention and then taking appropriate action will help reduce your pain. If you have painful intimacy then intimacy should be put on hold.
Self Care is the Way To Heal Your Pain & to Take Back Control
The next thing that I will recommend is that every woman who suffers from pain no matter how bad it is will benefit from a self-care program that includes Reverse Kegels, stretching, core, bodywork, and behavior modification.
Women with pelvic pain must balance their pelvic floor. Symptoms related to pain will diminish and get better by doing a consistent pelvic self-care program that promotes flexibility and coordination of the pelvic floor muscles.
My Go-to Tip That Helps to Heal Pelvic Pain
Hopefully, you were able to attend my free masterclass, but if you didn’t, my go-to tip for pelvic pain is to limit sitting and poor sitting posture. When a woman sits too much or sits in a slumped position her pelvic floor muscles get tighter and eventually will develop more spasms and trigger points. So limit your sitting and stay away from slumped sitting which is when you sit curved under in your pelvis. Internal work, as well as external work on the pelvic floor, will help decrease pelvic pain.
Enrollment for the pelvic healing program closes tomorrow. So check out my pelvic healing group coaching program and let me help you to heal and awaken your inner doctor so you make love again without pain, reach new heights of pleasure, feel more connected to your partner and to yourself.
Thank you for being on this journey with me and for being part of my community. I do not take that lightly and wish you the absolute best in your healing.
With Much Love,
