These challenges are part of my foundational healing exercises to get you on the right track to healing.
Let’s face it, transformation rarely occurs when we’re in our comfort zone. That’s why I love a good challenge because it enables me to stretch beyond my comfort zone and do things that may be difficult and downright uncomfortable. It’s in those moments I know I’m growing as a person.
The challenges I’ve created for you are targeted and designed to help you accelerate your healing so you can achieve your full feminine power. Don’t think of these as chores or busywork – that is not the intention.
The point is to create new positive habits and increase awareness so you can attain new heights of wellness. So take them seriously and don’t worry if you miss a challenge. They’ll be available to you whenever you’re ready. Just keep in mind that they’ve been created to help you through your journey and the sooner you gift yourself the time to complete them, the sooner you’ll find your place of healing.
Here’s how it works:
First Monday of every month: The challenge will be announced so you can prepare for it.
Your challenge will officially begin the second Monday of the month during a one week period. Second Tuesday of every month: Your week-long challenge begins!
Challenges will run from Tuesday to Monday and you’ll be able to post your questions and experiences in our community throughout the week. Each challenge has its very own hashtag and graphic making it easier to post and let us know how things are going!
