Activity A: 
List 3 wins in your life and this can be anything from I had a great cup of coffee to I landed a promotion at work.

Activity B:  List 1-3 areas where you need to improve and or areas where you are not showing up or loving yourself enough.

Activity C: Then make a simple action plan to improve the areas in your life that need improvement.

Day 2 – Training Replay – “Begin to Breathe”

Do (2) sets of 3-10 minutes a day of focused breathing. You will choose from “Equal Breathing” or “3 Part Diaphragmatic Breathing.”

Continue this activity for days 3-5. Explanations for how to do the breathing are in the Day 2 checklist.

For homework, post 1-2 insights that you’ve discovered about yourself and or your breathing.

Do one set of 3-10 reps for each of the “Everyday Queen Exercises” today on day 3, and then on days 4 and 5, and post how you plan to keep up with exercises after the challenge is over. Create a simple plan and share it here!
